Anna is a communication strategist and marketer with over 20 years’ experience in creating and directing award-winning projects for consumer brands and for tourism industry. During her career she has covered every aspect of marketing management: development of brand strategy, communication & promotion ideas, media campaigns (TV, print, online, social media), publishing materials, budget planning and analysis.
Anna started her career in marketing working for top food and beverage companies like Coca-Cola, then for the next 15 years she’s been gaining experience in culinary industry as Director of Brands. She has cooperated with worldwide renowned star chefs, influencers and gastronomy stakeholders, organized cooking events, live cooking shows, fine dining festivals, and culinary study tours. She has created the concept and launched the project of Visitor Centre and the Cooking School.
Since 2010 she has also worked extensively in the tourism industry, gaining professional knowledge of the hospitality market worldwide. She started as an experiential travel tour operator creating tailor-made holidays and unique itineraries focused on culinary heritage, then moved to independent tourism consultancy and auditing helping destinations and luxury hotels attract visitors and guests. She has consulted award-winning projects for Georgia country, city of Wroclaw, Tsuruoka UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy or Kerala. Anna has organized numerous wine and food study tours, which allowed her build extensive contacts in travel trade among top DMCs, hotel brands and Tourist Boards.

Anna has a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Management from Warsaw School of Economics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management and has now started Food Studies – Post Graduate Diploma Course on University of Psychology and Human Sciences in Warsaw.
Anna speaks English, German, Spanish, Russian and Polish. She holds a WSET certificate from Wine & Spirit Education Trust. She cooperates with Michelin Star chefs, Gault & Millau organisation.
Anna is also a passionate culinary travel journalist and wine columnist publishing engaging stories in National Geographic Traveller, Business Traveller, Connoisseur Circle and Food & Friends magazine.
